Individual Experience Design Mapping
How can understanding one person's brain before an experience help create a more personalized transformational journey?
Every participant arrives with a unique brain, history, and way of experiencing the world. Rather than beginning with assumptions, Individual Experience Design Mapping provides an opportunity to understand each person's starting point before the experience begins.
By creating a baseline brain map prior to a retreat, workshop, coaching program, or transformational experience, facilitators can gain objective insights into the functional patterns that may shape how each participant learns, regulates, processes, and grows.
These insights can help personalize an experience by identifying areas that may benefit from greater support, different approaches, or intentional challenges, allowing facilitators to meet participants where they are before inviting them somewhere new.
Includes (for each client):
-
1 hour long EEG brain data acquisition with clinical technology
-
Curated ceremonial brain mapping
-
Professional analysis that includes personally editing raw EEG, surface imaging & 3D images of your brain in comparison to others
-
Approx 50page report that includes:
-
Deep & thoroughly explained technical data, descriptions, and comparisons.
-
4-6 characteristics, called Elements, from the Evoked Elements Library are identified based on how your brain's data can represent in your character.
-
A unique name that is unlike any other is assigned to each person. We call this your Consciousness Signature.
-
(for leader)
-
Personally advising individual experience in a program so it can be tailored to their brain maps and their personal needs.
-
Collaborate on tailoring the experience to fit the group. (Open to integrating your insights into the Consciousness Report)

Who Can Benefit ?
This collaboration is designed for practitioners who want an additional layer of objective information to help personalize transformational experiences.
Somatic Therapists
Brain mapping can complement body-based work by providing insight into functional brain patterns that may reflect how a client processes stress, attention, regulation, or sensory information. Together, these perspectives may help therapists better understand the relationship between nervous system patterns and the client's lived experience.
Meditation Teachers
Gain a deeper understanding of how participants naturally regulate attention before introducing contemplative practices. Brain mapping may help identify patterns that influence focus, internal awareness, or mental activity, providing another lens through which to personalize instruction.
Executive & Performance Coaches
Explore functional brain patterns related to attention, cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and performance. These insights may help tailor coaching strategies to support each client's goals.
Breathwork Facilitators
Understand how participants approach regulation, attention, and internal processing before beginning breath-based practices, helping create a more individualized experience.
Spiritual Mentors & Intuitive Development Teachers
Provide an additional neuroscience-informed perspective alongside spiritual development. Brain mapping can offer objective information about each participant's starting point before they begin exploring extraordinary states of consciousness.
Retreat Leaders
Learn more about the unique needs of participants before the experience begins. These insights may help inform group structure, pacing, breakout sessions, integration support, or individualized guidance throughout the retreat.

Step 1:
Consultation
Every collaboration begins with a consultation to determine whether Individual Experience Design Mapping is an appropriate fit for your program.
Together, we'll discuss the goals of your experience, the types of transformations you hope to facilitate, and whether pre-experience brain mapping can provide meaningful insights for your participants.

Step 2:
Baseline Brain Maps
Participants complete a clinician-grade qEEG brain mapping session before the experience begins.
These maps provide an objective picture of each participant's typical everyday patterns of brain activity, creating an individualized understanding of their starting point before any transformational work takes place.

Step 3:
Personalized Experience Insights
Each brain map is analyzed using surface EEG, LORETA, and a functional interpretive framework to identify patterns that may be meaningful for facilitation.
Rather than categorizing participants or prescribing outcomes, the goal is to better understand how each individual naturally processes information, regulates attention, responds to challenge, and experiences the world.

Step 4:
Facilitation Recommendations
Findings are translated into personalized insights that may help facilitators thoughtfully tailor the experience for each participant.
Depending on the goals of the program, recommendations may highlight opportunities to support nervous system regulation, encourage greater novelty and engagement, foster present-moment awareness, or create conditions that align with each participant's unique way of learning and growing.
