Picture your busy mind as a cove covered in quick, choppy waves. Thoughts, ideas, impressions, and possibilities crisscross the water, creating a surface that rarely sits still. The energy is alive and continuous. Even in the moments you want to pause, the water keeps moving.
Now imagine a great vessel moving slowly across that cove. As it passes, the water responds. The waves stretch farther apart. Their edges soften. The surface settles into long, rolling swells of deep blue.
The Sleep Wave is an invitation into that slow, necessary rhythm. A slowing. A softening. A movement toward the kind of rest that feels spacious, steady, and deeply restorative.
What it is

Duration
Allot one hour for the duration of the session. This allows us time to check in, set up, and do the session without rushing. The Sleep Wave current is induced for 30 minutes total, so some sessions can take 45 minutes.

Tools Used
Micro-electrical current (tACS) is applied near the vagus nerves and the processing centers of the brain, giving a slow-wave sub-delta frequency to induce a calming affect for both the body and mind.
The current is felt as a soft rocking, with only a small, subtle current used. Like physical therapy or exercise, the wave re-reminds the brain what kind of waveform it needs to make for optimal rejuvenation and restoration.
